Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques Al Fursan Endurance Cup - Event Business Owner - Sport stream 2024 & 2025

Before the creation of EquiGlobe Services, as RCU Equestrian Sector’s Business Owner, Camille Martin played a significant contribution to the planning, coordination, and delivery of the sports stream for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Al Fursan Endurance Cup - edition 2024 & 2025, one of the flagship endurance events in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the world richest prize money endurance ride.

The Fursan Cup also serves as a key step in preparing AlUla to host the FEI Endurance World Championship in November 2026. Each edition helps refine operations, strengthen logistics, and align local teams with international standards required for a world championship event.
For two consecutive years, the event achieved a record-breaking level of international participation, setting a new world benchmark for the number of countries represented.

Acting as Business Owner for the Sports Stream, the role focused on ensuring operational excellence, alignment with international endurance standards, and a seamless experience for athletes, stakeholders, and spectators. The mission required coordinating multiple operational streams and stakeholders while ensuring the sporting integrity and quality of the event.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Procurement and management of the sports services stream, including review and optimisation of vendor proposals.

  • Oversight of site preparation and field of play readiness to meet international endurance competition standards.

  • Visitor experience optimisation, ensuring a smooth and engaging event environment.

  • Coordination of the technical team responsible for sports delivery.

  • Strategic communication and promotion support for the event.

  • Host broadcast management, including storytelling development, interviews, and race action capture.

  • Management of media presence and coordination on-site.

  • Operational alignment with venue management teams, including HSSE protocols.

  • Coordination with catering and F&B services to ensure athlete and guest services.

  • Oversight of international logistics, including visas, accommodation, and transport.

  • Stakeholder coordination with the Saudi Equestrian Federation, FEI, ministries, and institutional partners.

  • VVIP invitation management and guest coordination.

  • Oversight of sponsor activations and brand integration.

  • Management of protocol, prize-giving ceremonies, and official event proceedings.

Through this role, he contributed to delivering a world-class endurance event, combining sporting excellence, operational precision, and high-level stakeholder coordination in line with the Kingdom’s ambitions for the development of equestrian sport.
