Before the creation of EquiGlobe Services, as RCU Equestrian Sector’s Business Owner, Camille Martin played a central role in the technical structuring, operational planning, and full delivery of the Richard Mille AlUla Desert Polo Tournament in 2024 and 2025 — one of the region’s most prestigious and internationally recognized desert polo events.

The tournament was designed in a high-goal exhibition format, featuring elite international players competing in a fast-paced, multi-chukker format adapted to desert conditions. Teams of three were composed of 1 professional athlete, including players from the renowned La Dolfina Polo Team, 1 world-renown polo patron and 1 Royal polo player, ensuring world-class sporting quality aligned with the luxury positioning of Richard Mille and the strategic ambitions of AlUla.

Acting at the intersection of sport excellence, luxury branding, and complex event execution, he ensured that every dimension of the tournament met international polo standards while delivering a seamless premium experience.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Recruitment of professional players and coordination with La Dolfina Polo Team.

• Sourcing, international transport, and logistics of polo ponies.

• Stable infrastructure setup, arena readiness, and equine operational oversight.

• Groom supervision and strict horse welfare management protocols.

• Full sports management and tournament coordination.

• Strategic alignment with Richard Mille’s brand identity and facilitation of high-end content production.

• Coordination with the Saudi Polo Federation and regulatory bodies.

• Production of official polo kits and technical equipment oversight.

• Development and implementation of communication, marketing, and ticketing strategy.

• Comprehensive operational planning, including security, HSSE, and risk management.

• Media coordination and curated side activations.

• Sponsors and AlUla brand activation and content creation

• Planning and execution of the Gala Asado Dinner and VIP hospitality experiences.
