FEI Longines League of Nations - Bid Advisory

Before starting EquiGlobe Services, Camille MARTIN supported a national federation as lead advisor in the design and development of its bid to host a leg of the FEI Longines League of Nations™ — the International Equestrian Federation’s flagship team jumping series.

The mandate was initiated at an early stage, prior to the official launch of the circuit, requiring a forward-looking approach aligned with the FEI’s strategic vision and selection framework.

Acting as lead advisor, he led the full structuring and drafting of the bid, delivering a comprehensive and competitive proposal across all key dimensions:

  • Strategic positioning of the bid within the international calendar

  • Technical compliance with FEI requirements and standards

  • Venue concept development and infrastructure readiness assessment

  • Financial model and business case structuring

  • Event format definition and adaptation

  • Stakeholder mapping and engagement strategy (FEI, sponsors, public authorities)

  • Legacy and long-term development plan aligned with national objectives

The bid was submitted in a competitive international context, with selection criteria including location relevance, operational feasibility, track record of the host, contribution to the promotion of the discipline, and alignment with national development strategies.

The Federation was successfully awarded the hosting rights, positioning it as a key actor within the Longines League of Nations™ circuit.

This project highlights EquiGlobe Services’ expertise in international bidding processes, strategic positioning, and the development of world-class equestrian events.
