EquiGlobe Services was recently appointed as lead consultant on the development of a large-scale rural estate in a high-growth coastal market, with the ambition to create a new benchmark in countryside living.

Our role focused on defining the concept and overall vision, transforming a significant landholding into a coherent, market-driven development. Rather than a traditional real estate approach, the project was structured as a holistic lifestyle ecosystem, combining low-density residential parcels with a central social hub and curated amenities.

A key component of our methodology was the benchmarking of leading international projects, allowing us to identify the success factors behind premium rural and lifestyle destinations.

Beyond concept design, we developed the business model and revenue strategy, based on a phased approach. Early infrastructure and core amenities support initial land sales, while additional layers of hospitality and lifestyle programming drive sustained value over time. This creates a balanced model combining short-term liquidity and long-term operational returns.

We also structured the investor positioning and pitching strategy, translating the project into a clear and compelling opportunity for capital partners, with defined governance and exit scenarios.
