Federación Ecuestre de Chile
Fédération Fançaise d’Equitation - Instructors training and certification program
In Santiago de Chile, EquiGlobe Services contributed to the delivery of a high-level, one-week intensive instructor training program, in Spanish language, on behalf of the French Equestrian Federation (FFE). Hosted and organized by the Federación Ecuestre de Chile, in partnership with the Institut Français du Cheval et de l’Équitation (IFCE) and the Cadre Noir de Saumur, the program represented a strategic step in strengthening Chile’s national coaching structure.
The objective was clear: elevate technical standards, professionalize instruction, and align local education pathways with the internationally recognized systems.
Through a structured and immersive format, the program combined methodology, technical expertise, and applied pedagogy to provide Chilean instructors with concrete tools for immediate implementation.
Program Highlights:
Transfer of the riders level framework and progression methodology.
Advanced training in lesson structuring using standardized pedagogical sheets.
Integration of technical theory with practical, on-horse application.
Case-study analysis of class management and long-term rider progression.
Evaluation and certification of participating instructors to ensure measurable outcomes.
Beyond technical instruction, the initiative anchored sustainable capacity within local professionals — empowering Chilean instructors to independently apply, adapt, and transmit structured methodologies within their own clubs and institutions.
This program strengthened the individual competencies and participated to the development of a long-term resilience and credibility of the Chilean equestrian education system.
